EMJ are looking for an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to our founder and sales team. This is a varied and fast past-role, ideal for someone who uses their initiative, thrives when multitasking and juggling priorities.

Whilst there will be the usual PA responsibilities such as managing calendars, emails, travel and day-to-day admin, the role will also involve sales support. This may include helping progress a sales opportunity, speaking with clients or suppliers, sitting in business meetings or conducting market research.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, adaptable and happy to get stuck in where required. The candidate should be comfortable taking ownership and making informed decisions without constant direction.
