Executive Assistant
West End, London | £65,000-£70,000 + Bonus & Benefits | 4 Days in the Office
We are partnering with a highly regarded global investment firm to appoint an Executive Assistant to support a newly appointed Senior Managing Director and their wider team within the Technology & Services investment platform.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high‑performing environment where you'll become a trusted right‑hand support to senior stakeholders. Working alongside two experienced Executive Assistants, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of a busy and fast‑paced team.
The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised and confident managing competing priorities, whilst building strong relationships across the business and providing seamless support to senior investment professionals.
The Role- Providing dedicated Executive Assistant support to a Senior Managing Director and the wider team
- Managing complex and ever‑changing diaries across multiple time zones
- Coordinating extensive international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Organising internal and external meetings, conference calls and video meetings
- Processing expenses and supporting wider administrative requirements
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Working closely with two other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless support across the team
- Assisting with team events, offsites and wider operational initiatives
- Building trusted relationships whilst maintaining the highest levels of discretion and professionalism
- Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior stakeholders within investment, financial services or another fast‑paced corporate environment
- Experience managing complex diaries and extensive international travel
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable working at pace whilst managing multiple priorities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- £65,000-£70,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working with four days per week in the office
