Harford Health Centre is seeking a patient assistant to perform reception and administrative duties, greeting patients and directing them to the appropriate staff. You will register patients, book appointments and process information both electronically and on paper.
You will act as the main point of contact for patients, handle enquiries for the clinical team, and support the team with data entry, filing and stock checks. A proactive, reliable communicator is essential.
