Based in lovely offices Founded in 2007, our client is an independent strategic adviser who helps corporations deal with complex pension issues. The team is composed of two Founding Partners, seven experts in actuarial, investment or covenant, and a CTO working on a new digital product for the pension industry.

We are looking for a new Executive Assistant to provide broad administrative support to the Directors and the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to work for a successful and growing consultancy business in central London.

We are looking for a highly reliable and well‑presented individual, keen to provide the very best level of service at all time, both internally and externally.

This company can offer you:

  • Up to £45,000 salary

To be successful in this Executive Assistant role, you will have:

  • 3 years + Executive Assistant experience within a boutique commercial environment
  • Fluent French is desirable but not essential
  • Friendly and enthusiastic personality
  • Process oriented approach
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach

Key accountabilities in EA role include:

  • Manage the calendars of the Directors
  • Private PA assistance
  • Arrange meeting and travel including flights, taxis, hotels etc
  • Overlook the HR matters, monitor holidays and sickness etc
  • Process expenses, reconcile bank statements and prepare invoices
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Being the first point of contact
  • Manage suppliers and negotiate contracts and fees
