Location: Greater London
Noor Capital UK Limited is a financial services firm authorised by the FCA, specialising in online Forex and CFD trading for a range of professional and corporate clients.
Role Responsibilities- Help and assist the back office to open customer accounts by liaising with applicants, collecting and processing the relevant information required for account opening, chasing applicants for missing information, and updating records during the account opening process.
- Maintain and update customer records and account information on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain the CRM database; link all sales manager activities on the CRM database (meetings, calls, events, etc.).
- Assist the back office and IT teams in dealing with customer queries; assess and notify the needs of clients, select and execute the best solution to solve queries, expedite actions or adjustments, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assist the back office and admin teams in producing the relevant statements and produce EOM FM manager statements.
- Maintain and update the RP record and reports and inform management of any changes or discrepancies noticed.
- Liaise with other senior staff to determine the range of services and products offered by NC UK and contribute to the development of sales strategies and the setting of sales targets.
- Help senior managers prepare proposals for marketing and sales strategies.
- Send marketing literature to clients as required.
- Assist teams with ad‑hoc administrative work.
- Must have a relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Must have a basic understanding of back office functions (preferably in an FX environment).
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic (due to the nature of the client base).
- Strong client service mentality – understands what constitutes excellent client service.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to take ownership and coordinate between internal and external customers.
- Ability to prioritise time, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint).
