About the team

You’ll be joining the Finance and Business Development functions, supporting senior leadership teams across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. about the role

As a Personal Assistant, you’ll provide professional, confidential support to Directors and their wider teams, helping to ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day activity and longer‑term priorities. You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and proactively handle communications, ensuring information is prioritised and responded to effectively. You’ll also prepare agendas, collate pre‑reads, take minutes and track actions to completion, enabling Directors to stay focused on key objectives.

Alongside this, you’ll produce presentations and reports, coordinate team activity such as events, away days and training sessions, and support financial administration including expenses, purchase orders and invoice processing. You’ll build strong relationships across the business, working with other PAs to coordinate schedules and provide cover where needed, while continuously identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve ways of working.
