The Role

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders at Teya:
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and SVP, Credit.

This high‑impact role is for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and keeps senior stakeholders focused on the highest‑value priorities.

As a trusted partner across calendar management, travel, meeting preparation, internal coordination, and day‑to‑day operational support, you will create efficiency, momentum and clarity across multiple leadership agendas.

Your Mission
  • Manage complex diaries across two senior executives, aligning meetings, priorities and time effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries and logistics with precision and foresight.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing packs, presentations, summaries and follow‑up materials to ensure leaders are well prepared and actions are clearly tracked.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the executives and a broad range of stakeholders across the business, ensuring communication flow smoothly and professionally.
  • Support leadership cadence by organising recurring meetings, off‑sites and business reviews, and ensuring decisions, actions and deadlines are captured and progressed.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support, anticipating needs before they arise and solving issues quickly and pragmatically.
  • Help streamline and improve ways of working, introducing structure and process where needed to improve efficiency across the leadership team.
  • Partner closely with teams across strategy, commercial and UK market operations to keep priorities moving and remove friction wherever possible.
Your Story

We would love to hear from you if you bring:

  • Proven experience supporting C‑level or senior executive stakeholders in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
  • Experience managing multiple senior leaders at once, with the judgement to balance competing priorities and shifting demands.
  • Strong experience across complex diary management, travel coordination, meeting planning and executive‑level administration.
  • A track record of producing high‑quality presentations, documents and briefing materials for senior audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
  • A proactive, hands‑on mindset with the ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and make sound decisions.

  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation
  • Strong judgement and professionalism
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Clear, polished communication
  • A proactive and resourceful approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Resilience and composure in a high‑tempo environment
  • Flexibility and comfort working in ambiguity

The Perks
  • Flexible working hours, as long as they suit both you and your team
  • Physical and mental health support through Gym Pass, free access to over 1,500 gyms in the UK, therapy, meditation sessions, digital fitness and nutrition apps
  • Extended and improved maternity and paternity leave choices
  • Cycle‑to‑Work Scheme
  • Health and Life Insurance
  • Pension Scheme
  • 25 days of Annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays)
  • Office snacks every day
  • Friendly, comfortable and informal office environment in Central London
