IPS Grow, part of Social Finance, seeks a Learning & Development Administrator in London to coordinate the Level 3 IPS Qualification and a 12‑month onboarding programme, providing essential administrative, coordination and project support to learners, managers, trainers and the workforce team.
You will help maintain high-quality learning provision, support workforce development initiatives and contribute to the expansion of IPS services across England.
