Location: Greater London

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team PA to provide high-level support to the Chief Commercial Officer, with additional light-touch support to two other C-suite executives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys working at pace, managing competing priorities, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership and looking to develop and grow their skillset. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of busy executive schedules while building strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.

Our client is a leader in the field, big ideas and a lot of curiosity! – due to the immediate need this is initially a 3-month fixed term contract with a huge amount of scope and opportunity. Our client is established but operates like a startup, as such we need a Team PA with an agile and flexible working style.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive, high-level support to the CCO, with additional support to two other C-suite executives as required
  • Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated
  • Arrange international travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
  • Coordinate meetings, including agendas, logistics and follow-up actions
  • Prepare board papers and provide board administration support
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and responsive service at all times
  • Organise executive meetings and events
  • Process expenses and assist with reporting where required
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and supporting documentation
  • Anticipate the needs of senior executives, resolving issues proactively and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office
About You
  • Previous experience supporting C-suite executives preferred but not essential
  • Exceptional organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Please note this is an office-based role

Bain and Gray is an equal opportunities employer. We continually strive to improve our processes around our diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.
