# Luciano Giubbilei:
Studio Manager Luciano Giubbilei is seeking a proactive and highly organised Studio Manager to support the smooth and efficient running of its London-based garden and landscape design practice.

Established in 1997, the award-winning Luciano Giubbilei Studio designs public and private gardens for clients around the world. The practice offers a dynamic, fast-paced working environment, with a collaborative team working closely across all projects.## The roleA key role within the practice, the Studio Manager will work closely with Luciano to support both him and the wider team in the day-to-day running and coordination of the studio.

This is a full-time, office-based position, although part-time applications will be considered. The varied, hands-on role requires adaptability and a willingness to take on a broad range of responsibilities, including studio management, client liaison, project coordination, PR and press support, website management, and general administrative and ad hoc duties.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing diaries and the studio calendar, including travel arrangements
* Organising and monitoring studio supplies, subscriptions, and systems
* Handling client communications, financial administration, and accounts management
* Coordinating project workflows, deadlines, phasing, and fee management
* Managing and updating the studio website
* Preparing PR content
* Providing project support as required## The candidate

The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised and enthusiastic about building their experience within a creative studio environment, while confidently managing the varied responsibilities of a busy practice.

You will have:

* 5 years’ experience in office administration or studio management
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
* High computer literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
* A proactive attitude with strong drive and initiative
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Exceptional attention to detail## Job details
