Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for an exciting opportunity - our top law firm client is seeking an Office Services Assistant to provide temporary cover during the summer period. This is a hands-on role supporting the smooth running of office operations, with a particular focus on mail, courier services, logistics and general office support.

• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Liaising with courier providers
• Preparing shipping and customs documentation
• Ensuring stationery, print/copy areas and communal office spaces are fully stocked and well maintained
• Assisting with office moves, meeting room set-ups and workstation preparation for new joiners
• Providing general office services support and ad hoc document deliveries when required

• Previous experience in office services, facilities, mailroom or workplace support
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to assist across multiple functions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a professional environment
