Graduate Receptionist

• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a first-class front-of-house experience
• Managing a busy reception desk and maintaining the presentation of the reception and meeting areas
• Answering and directing incoming calls and handling general enquiries
• Booking and preparing meeting rooms, including arranging refreshments and catering
• Managing incoming and outgoing post and courier services
• Ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels
• Providing administrative support to various departments as required

• A recent degree or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, confident and personable manner
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Previous customer service, hospitality or office experience would be advantageous but is not essential
