- Assisting with Sentinel administration and related workforce records where applicable
- Assist with timesheet
- Assist with uploading data onto our database (Data input)
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across HR, Business Support, Commercial, and Recruitment divisions
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and internal trackers
- Assisting with the preparation, filing, and organisation of business documentation
- Supporting onboarding administration and ensuring all required paperwork is completed and stored correctly
- Assisting with the monitoring and updating of training, certification, medical, and workforce records
- Supporting internal compliance checks and helping ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
There is an opportunity to secure a permanent role after successfully completing the apprenticeship.
