The Role
- Exams Administration Officer

A successful mainstream secondary school in an Inner London borough is seeking to appoint a reliable and proactive Exams Administration Officer to join their team from September on a long-term basis.

As the successful Exams Administration Officer, you will support the planning, organisation and administration of all internal and external examinations, ensuring they are conducted in line with JCQ regulations and awarding body requirements. Your responsibilities will include preparing examination timetables, organising exam materials, liaising with invigilators, maintaining accurate student records, processing examination entries, supporting results days and assisting with the day-to-day administration of the school's examinations function.

Experience using SIMS is highly desirable, along with previous experience working within a school administration or examinations environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work calmly under pressure while managing multiple deadlines. You will be confident communicating with staff, students, parents and external examination boards, while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
