Working hours:

37.5 hours Japanese speaking Legal Secretary / Office Administrator
- Key Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and arranging domestic and international business travel.
  • Preparing, formatting, filing, and maintaining legal and administrative documentation.
  • Assisting with invoice processing, expense administration, and payment-related matters.
  • Managing reception duties, including welcoming visitors, handling telephone enquiries, and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Liaising with the Japan head office and other international offices to facilitate effective communication.
  • Monitoring office supplies and supporting the efficient operation of the office.
  • Providing administrative support to the Finance and Human Resources functions as required.
  • Undertaking general administrative duties to support the wider team.
Japanese speaking Legal Secretary / Office Administrator
- The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Previous experience in a secretarial, administrative, or executive support role, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
  • A high level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
