A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an
Executive Assistant
to join a highly prestigious organisation on a6-month fixed-term contract
. This is an exciting role for someone who is immediately available and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
Supporting 2 senior Directors, we are ideally looking for someone who haspreviouslysupported in a 1:2 EA role. You'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities while acting as a trusted point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. This is far more than a traditional EA position – we're looking for someone who is confident building relationships, thrives on taking ownership, and enjoys being at the heart of collaborative eteam.
The successful candidate will be exceptionally organised, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs and juggle multiple priorities with ease. You'll be a natural communicator who can confidently liaise with high-profile stakeholders, represent the Directors professionally, and act as a true ambassador for both the team and the wider organisation.
Alongside providing first-class executive support, you'll enjoy getting involved across the business, taking a hands-on approach, and building a strong understanding of how the organisation operates. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys adding value beyond their core responsibilities and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
