Location:
Camberley (Office-based) Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per annum
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm We are recruiting for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator to join a successful and growing FMCG business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting both customers and internal sales teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries are coordinated efficiently, and customers receive an outstanding level of service.
Key Responsibilities Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently using the company's ERP system. Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email. Provide administrative support to the sales team and wider business. Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time. Coordinate with warehouses, couriers, freight forwarders and other logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor and track customer orders, providing updates where required. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Process credit requests, returns and associated documentation. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service. Assist with general office administration and support where required. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service or Order Processing role.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience using ERP or CRM systems (such as Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) would be advantageous. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
A proactive and positive approach with excellent problem-solving skills. You will have excellent administration skills, enjoy building relationships, and be confident managing customer orders from start to finish.
