Howden is seeking a Reception Team Leader to manage five reception areas and eight receptionists in its head office. You will lead by example, mentor the team, and ensure a five-star customer service experience for clients and visitors.
You will coordinate meetings, liaise with Hospitality and Reservations, and ensure smooth daily operations, including sign-in, security passes, and cross-team communication.
