An exciting opportunity has arisen for a polished, proactive and highly organised Office Manager
to join a dynamic private family office in Bayswater
This is a varied, client-facing role requiring someone who can seamlessly manage the day-to-day running of the office while providing an exceptional front-of-house experience for Ultra High Net Worth clients and visitors
Working within a vibrant and fast-paced business environment, you will take pride in maintaining impeccable presentation standards throughout the office and ensuring every guest receives a professional and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and guests.
- Deliver a polished and professional front-of-house service.
- Manage all meeting room bookings using the office booking system.
- Ensure meeting rooms are impeccably presented and fully prepared throughout the day.
- Serve refreshments and provide hospitality for meetings and client visits.
- Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness and presentation of the office.
- Coordinate office facilities, including cleaning contractors, maintenance and repairs.
- Liaise with external suppliers and service providers.
- Provide administrative support to the wider office.
- Assist with diary management and scheduling where required.
- Support the organisation of meetings, events and occasional evening drinks or networking functions.
- Ensure the office operates smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards at all times.
- Previous experience in an Office Manager role.
- Polished, professional and confident dealing with UHNW clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, administrative and diary management skills.
- Experience coordinating meeting rooms, office facilities and contractors.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and meeting room booking systems.
- Proactive, discreet and solutions-focused with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible to assist with occasional evening hospitality.
- Excellent spoken and written English with the legal right to work in the UK.
