Pinnacle Group are looking for a proactive and highly organised Compliance Coordinator to coordinate and monitor Fire Risk Assessment actions across the business, ensuring both historic and newly identified actions are triaged, allocated to the appropriate Pinnacle teams, and progressed to completion. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will track performance, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports and updates on progress to support compliance and risk management objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong compliance coordination and administrative experience, with the ability to effectively triage, track and manage Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) actions. They will be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working with multiple stakeholders to ensure actions are allocated, monitored and closed within agreed timescales, while producing accurate reports and maintaining a strong focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities- To triage and coordinate historic FRA actions and allocate to appropriate teams
- Monitor progress on closing FRA actions
- Triage, coordinate and allocate new FRA actions
- Provide regular reports and updates on progress
- Experience coordinating and tracking compliance-related actions, ideally within housing, property management, facilities, or building safety environments.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate compliance records.
- Ability to track progress, identify overdue actions and proactively follow up to ensure completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving outstanding actions.
