28 hours per week, flexible timing Salary: £16-£17 per hour plus holiday pay We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial for the day-to-day operations of our centre, providing a professional and quality service to candidates and trainers while managing various administrative and office tasks. Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee the registration and certification activities for all candidates, including arranging assessments and liaising with Training Providers and customers. Act as the main contact, responsible for the Internal Quality Assurance to ensure all assessments and administration Support with the Centre marketing efforts. Provide secretarial services to the Committee, including organising meetings, producing reports, and minuting meetings. Aim to enhance the service quality and business growth of the centre.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. Proven experience in administration and finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and database management.

Experience with cloud accounting is desirable. Previous line management experience is advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of training or assessments would be an advantage
