The Role Acting as a central point of contact for fee earners, you will take ownership of workflow management, ensuring tasks are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. You'll play a key role in supporting client relationships, coordinating administrative processes, and maintaining exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Client & Relationship Management Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Handle client queries and communications professionally Support business development activities, pitches, and client events Maintain CRM systems and ensure client data accuracy Administrative & Operational Support Manage document production, formatting, and quality control Oversee file opening/closing, compliance, and record-keeping Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, and events Assist with Land Registry applications, searches, and SDLT processes Maintain data rooms and case management systems Communication & Team Support Act as a key liaison for fee earners and clients Manage inboxes, calls, and correspondence proactively Support team coordination, meetings, and workflow distribution Financial & Billing Support Assist with billing processes, credit control, and expense management Ensure accuracy in time recording, disbursements, and financial admin Support WIP certification and transactional processes What We're Looking For Experience in a legal or professional services environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities High attention to detail and a commitment to quality Confident communicator with a proactive, team-oriented approach What's on Offer Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 from home) Highly competitive salary (up to £32,000) Comprehensive benefits package Strong focus on wellbeing, inclusion, and career development Supportive and collaborative team culture
