The Corporate Receptionist is responsible for providing a positive first impression by welcoming visitors and managing front-desk operations. Handles incoming calls, correspondence, meeting room bookings, and administrative support while maintaining a professional office environment. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

General Office Administration and Corporate Receptionist (all Staff)

  • Responsible for the procurement of Client gifts (in accordance with the Anti-Bribery policy);
  • Coordinate facilities management, security and access for the London Office;
  • Coordinate company events alongside the Office and Corporate Service Manager;
  • Ensuring that all communal business areas (e.g. Reception, Kitchen, Print Areas) are tidy and well maintained;
  • Effective maintenance of office supplies (e.g.: Office Equipment, Stationary, Kitchen Supplies: Tea, Coffee & Milk etc.).
  • General administration & project work as assigned (e.g.:
    Security passes, terminating building access for leavers, business cards, meeting agendas & taking minutes, photocopying, paper &…
