(This role is a full-time on-site role position only, the successful candidate will be required to required to work exclusively from our Barnet Hospital Anticoagulation Office)

Work as part of the Anticoagulation team to ensure that all administrative functions for patients from the time of GP referral to the time of discharge are coordinated in line with specific care pathway instructions to facilitate the smooth running of the patients’ journey. Where a patient has multiple specialist needs, assist the patient in coordinating

their pathways to reduce multiple appointments across the Trust.

To provide administrative support to the Nurse Consultant and Clinician Nurse Specialists

Act as a single point of contact for patients within your remit. Present a professional image for the service at all times and ensure the provision of a comprehensive, world class administration service to patients, relatives/carers, clinicians and external agencies.

Work as part of a team within a dedicated speciality/patient group to ensure that all administrative functions for patients from the time of GP referral to the time of discharge are coordinated in line with specific care pathway instructions to facilitate the smooth running of the patients’ journey.
