Key Responsibilities:

Process financial transactions on our Dealer Management System Manage Petty Cash Process bank payments Process vehicle stock orders and bring vehicles into stock Filing and maintaining control of essential vehicle documentation Manage workloads effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Liaise with internal departments and playing a supporting role to the sales and service teams.

What We're Looking For:

Previous accounts administration experience is desirable, although candidates with alternative administrative experience will be considered. Experience using financial systems or stock management systems. Excellent Excel Skills Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately & at pace under pressure. A proactive team player who can also work independently.
