Executive Assistant

West End, London | £65,000–£70,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits | H4 days in office

We are partnering with a highly regarded global financial services firm to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to join its established London team.

This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, high-performing business, providing first-class support to senior stakeholders within a busy and client-facing environment.

They are looking for an EA who genuinely understands what exceptional support looks like – someone who is proactive, highly organised and confident taking ownership. You’ll need to be comfortable with pace, changing priorities and demanding diaries, whilst remaining calm, polished and one step ahead.

You’ll also be joining a collaborative Executive Assistant community where teamwork is important. Whilst you’ll take real ownership of your own stakeholders, there is a strong culture of EAs working together, sharing information and supporting one another when needed.

The Role

  • Providing proactive Executive Assistant support to senior stakeholders within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Managing complex and constantly changing diaries, confidently resolving conflicts and prioritising competing demands.
  • Coordinating extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas and detailed itineraries.
  • Organising internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Anticipating requirements and ensuring your stakeholders are prepared for meetings, travel and upcoming commitments.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across the business.
  • Coordinating client meetings, events, dinners and conferences.
  • Processing expenses and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team, providing cross-coverage and support when required.
  • Taking ownership of ad hoc projects and wider administrative requirements.

About You

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior stakeholders within financial services, professional services or another fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong experience managing complex diaries, international travel and multiple competing priorities.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to use your own judgement and take ownership without waiting to be asked.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Calm and adaptable, particularly when dealing with last-minute changes and shifting priorities.
  • A polished, warm and confident communicator who can build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities and working styles.
  • Collaborative and genuinely enjoys being part of a wider EA team.
  • Professional and discreet, with experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

What’s on Offer

  • £65,000–£70,000 depending on experience.
  • Competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Hybrid working.
  • Opportunity to join a highly regarded global financial services firm.
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders within a busy, client-facing business.
  • A collaborative and established Executive Assistant community.
  • A role offering autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to build genuinely trusted relationships with the people you support.
  • Long-term development within a respected international organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working at pace, takes pride in delivering exceptional support and wants to join a business where strong EAs are genuinely valued.

If you’re proactive, personable and confident managing the demands of senior stakeholders within a fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.
