An integral member of the undergraduate admissions function within the Business School’s Recruitment & Admissions team, the Admissions Officer will be responsible for selecting and converting high calibre students from the UK and overseas for our BSc Economics, Finance and Data Science programme. You will deliver operationally excellent processes and provide a high level of customer service to applicants at every stage of the application process.
Whatyou would be doing
You will assist and coordinate activities to deliver an efficient and effective admissions service. Specifically, you’ll be involved in preparing applications and reports for shortlisting; coordinating interview activity; and support in responding to applicant queries. You will be working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, both within professional services and academic faculty, to achieve this.
What we are looking for- Can multi-task and evaluate priorities according to the stage of the admissions cycle, and the volume of applications at each stage within.
- Experience of complex administrative work in a higher education environment, ideally within an undergraduate admissions setting.
- Can contribute to the continuous development of processes, communications templates, and reporting.
- Can deliver a responsive and effective customer service for applicants.
- Can form and manage effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders in a project.
- Experience of using Microsoft Excel, including a variety of formulas and functions, and of searching and manipulating databases.

This is a full-time and fixed term contract for 6 months based at our South Kensington campus (hybrid).
