Office Administrator
Central London | Full-Time | Flexible Hybrid Working
A small and growing M&E consultancy based in Central London is looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of administrative tasks and supporting a close-knit team. Alongside general office administration, you will assist with marketing activities, create Linked In posts and help maintain the company’s online presence.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing general office administration and day-to-day enquiries
* Organising meetings, diaries and appointments
* Preparing documents, reports, presentations and correspondence
* Maintaining company records, filing systems and internal databases
* Supporting invoicing, expenses and basic financial administration
* Assisting with marketing activities and company communications
* Creating, scheduling and publishing Linked In posts
* Updating marketing materials, project information and company profiles
* Supporting recruitment and employee administration where required
* Liaising with clients, suppliers and other external contacts
* Ordering office supplies and helping maintain an organised workplace
* Providing general administrative support to the directors and wider team
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
* Previous experience in an office administration, business support or marketing support role
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Experience using Linked In and creating professional social media content
* Good attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once
* A proactive, reliable and flexible approach
* A friendly and professional manner
* The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Experience with in an engineering, construction, property or professional-services environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
