HAIL Partners is supporting a very highly regarded boutique investment firm in central London, who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their lovely team. About the Role

You would primarily support a collaborative executive who is an important figure within the firm, with lighter touch support to 2-3 others on his team.

This is a traditional Executive Assistant role where the pace is fast and plans are always changing. Day to day includes:

International travel coordination (mainly Europe)
Expenses
Meeting coordination

Requirements

7+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
At least 1 year of experience within private equity or the private markets space
Experience with complex diaries and travel coordination
