The Opportunity

As an Office Administration Intern, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth, efficient and professional operation of POP MART's London office. Working closely with the Regional Admin Manager, European teams and international HQ in China, you will gain practical experience across day-to-day office administration, supplies, vendors, access systems, administrative processes, workplace projects and internal events. You will have the opportunity to develop your organisational, communication and administrative skills while working in a fast-paced international environment.

You will support colleagues, visitors, suppliers and external partners, helping to ensure that the office environment consistently supports productivity, collaboration and a positive employee experience. This internship is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to develop practical experience in office administration, business operations and workplace coordination.

The Role and Candidate

This is a hands‑on internship within POP MART's growing European organisation. Reporting to the Regional Admin Manager based in London, you will support the day‑to‑day administration of the London office and gain exposure to a broad range of workplace and operational activities. You will assist with office supplies and inventory, supplier coordination, invoices and purchase orders, access systems, visitor management, meeting rooms, office projects and internal events.

The ideal candidate will be organised, detail‑oriented and willing to learn, with the ability to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously. You should be comfortable working independently when required while also collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams and cultures. You will thrive in this role if you are proactive, reliable and solution‑oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
