- Working closely with the wider Executive Assistant team to provide support and ensure continuity across the investment platform.
About You
- Previous Executive Assistant experience gained within private equity, investment management, asset management, hedge funds, investment banking or another fast-paced financial services environment.
- Experience supporting senior investment professionals within a front-office environment.
- Exceptional diary management skills.
- Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- A confident communicator who builds credibility and strong working relationships with ease.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable using your judgement to make decisions independently.
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership and becoming an integral member of the team.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
What's on Offer
- £60,000–£65,000 depending on experience.
- Competitive annual bonus.
- Private medical insurance.
- Very generous daily lunch allowance.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Hybrid working with four days per week in the office.
- Modern West End offices, conveniently located next to a mainline station.
- The opportunity to join a collaborative private equity firm with excellent staff retention and long-term career prospects.
Supporting a high-performing investment team, this role offers genuine variety, responsibility and the opportunity to build long-term partnerships with senior investment professionals.
