An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Foxtons as an Administration Assistant, supporting our Procurement & Facilities team. This role offers exposure to a wide range of business functions, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying organised, solving problems, and working collaboratively in a busy team.
The RoleAs an Administration Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Procurement & Facilities department, helping to ensure our offices and teams have everything they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Providing general administrative support, including managing emails, telephone enquiries, and data entry.
- Assisting with procurement processes and supplier administration.
- Supporting facilities management activities across the business.
- Monitoring and managing issues reported through our facilities software platform, Maintain
X. - Processing approved purchase requests and raising purchase orders.
- Recording and processing supplier invoices for payment accurately and efficiently.
- Building strong working relationships with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers.
- Responding to queries promptly and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers as required.
- Keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring effective communication across the team.
- Providing support and cover for colleagues when needed.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.
