Japanese speaking Team Administrator
- Key Responsibilities Manage administrative operations, including expense tracking, budget monitoring, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support daily business activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting summaries, and business documents, including the use of AI tools.
Handle internal approval processes, record keeping, and information management.
Arrange domestic and international business travel, visitor logistics, and executive support.
Organize meetings, events, and conferences, including venue, catering, and accommodation arrangements.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims through internal systems.
Provide diary management and general executive support when required.
Japanese speaking Team Administrator
- Skills & Experience Required Fluent written and spoken English and Japanese. (JLPT N1 or above)
Proven experience in administration, executive support, or office coordination.
Strong diary management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience arranging business travel and corporate events. (Preferred)
Experience working in an international business environment. (Preferred)
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems. (Preferred)
