Working alongside one other receptionist and the facilities/office management team, you will play a key role in creating a polished and welcoming environment for clients, visitors and colleagues, while also supporting the wider office with events, travel and administration.
The role will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, providing a first-class experience from arrival
- Managing meeting rooms and ensuring they are presented to the highest standard
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues
- Answering and screening incoming calls
- Coordinating couriers and deliveries
- Supporting the organisation of internal and external events
- Booking travel and assisting with itineraries
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Office Manager
- Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office
We are looking for someone who is polished, personable and naturally service-driven
, with the confidence to work in a busy, high-profile corporate environment.
Ideally you will have prior experience as a Receptionist or Front of House Coordinator in a fast paced corporate environment.
You will be:
- Warm, engaging and confident with people at all levels
- Polished and professional in your approach
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and happy to get involved beyond traditional reception duties
- A genuine team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
This company is known for looking after its employees and offers an excellent overall package, including:
- Discretionary bonus - historically around 20% of salary
- 25 days' annual leave
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: London, West End
Working pattern: Fully office-based, with a one-hour lunch break
