Your New Role As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of sales operations, logistics and customer support activities. This is a varied and fast-paced position offering exposure to multiple areas of the business, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within a commercial operation.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the sales team with administration and day-to-day coordination.
Preparing and formatting quotations for review by Account Managers.
Managing outbound requests with vendors and distributors.
Conducting prospect research to identify key decision-makers and maintain accurate contact records.
Gathering market intelligence and summarising relevant industry news.
Maintaining CRM data, ensuring records are accurate, up to date and correctly tagged.
Coordinating UK and international shipments.
Tracking deliveries and supporting customs clearance processes.
Managing order flow and ensuring customers receive exceptional service and communication throughout.
Assisting with the organisation of client events, activities and business trips.
Supporting office operations and facilities administration.
Coordinating supplies, storage and general office organisation.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Supporting the implementation of new systems and ways of working.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritise effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Confidence working across multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Previous administration, coordination, operations or sales support experience would be advantageous.
