We are seeking a Senior Administrator / School Office Manager to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for a seasoned administrator with experience in educational administration systems such as SIMs, Arbor, and Parent Pay. The successful candidate will also deputise for the School Business Manager as needed, playing a crucial role in the smooth running of our school's administrative functions.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage daily administrative operations of the school office and assist the School Business Manager in various tasks.
• Utilise educational administration systems such as SIMs, Arbor, and Parent Pay to manage student data and financial transactions.
• Ensure efficient communication between school staff, parents, and students.
• Handle scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting as required.
• Assist in the preparation and management of school budgets and financial reports.
• Oversee the organisation of school events and meetings.
• Provide support and guidance to administrative staff.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a School Administrator or similar role.
