Position: Full-Time Operations & Administrative Assistant
Location: Chiswick

Mint Bros London is looking for an exceptionally hardworking, meticulous and highly organised individual to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for someone who wants more than simply a job. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, dependable and genuinely interested in growing alongside the company, taking on greater responsibility as the business expands.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining order fulfilment, administration, customer service and day-to-day business organisation. Attention to detail is essential due to the nature and value of the products we handle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Packing and preparing customer orders with a very high level of accuracy
  • Processing orders and preparing parcels for dispatch
  • Organising stock and maintaining an efficient, organised working environment
  • Assisting with stock counts and inventory management
  • Responding to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Handling customer service queries and providing order updates
  • Managing and organising the company calendar
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, collections and other commitments
  • General administration and record keeping
  • Assisting with invoices, order documentation and internal systems
  • Keeping track of outstanding tasks and ensuring deadlines are followed up
  • Supporting the directors with day-to-day business operations
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as the company continues to grow

Preferred Experience & Knowledge

  • Familiarity with bullion, precious metals and collectible products is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of products from leading global mints and refineries would be advantageous
  • Ability to recognise common gold and silver bullion products, weights and denominations is desirable
  • Previous experience within bullion, precious metals, numismatics or collectibles would be highly valued
  • Experience in administration, customer service, e-commerce, fulfilment or logistics would also be beneficial

Salary:
Competitive full-time salary + OTE performance bonuses

Additional earning potential will be available based on individual performance, productivity and contribution to the growth of the business.
