Personal Assistant to Director – 12 Month FTC
Location:
Central London (Hybrid)
Contract:
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with a strong view to go permanent) Salary: £40k–£60k Start: ASAP
Tiger is delighted to be partnered with a leading media business, seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-focused Personal Assistant to support a Director of a scale-up project, with additional support to the wider team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying one step ahead, and wants to become a true extension of a busy senior leader within a dynamic, growing area of the business.
Duties include:- Providing dedicated, proactive support to the Director, acting as a true extension of them day to day
- Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, using judgement to prioritise meetings, resolve clashes and make the best use of time
- Supporting with inbox management, flagging urgent actions and keeping priorities on track
- Ensuring the Director is fully prepared for meetings, with agendas, papers, briefing notes and actions in place
- Arranging travel, accommodation, itineraries and other logistics as required
- Tracking follow-up actions and key deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Creating and formatting presentations, documents and meeting materials to a high standard
- Building a strong understanding of the business area, its priorities and stakeholders, to anticipate needs and provide effective support
- Providing administrative support to the wider team, including coordinating meetings, room bookings, refreshments and virtual set-up
- Organising and supporting team events, offsites and socials
- Processing expenses, purchase orders and invoices accurately and on time
- Building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, and working closely with the wider PA/EA community
- Using initiative to spot issues early, solve problems and improve processes
- Ideally 2–5+ years' experience in a similar role, or a relevant PA qualification (OMBS or Quest)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple demands, prioritise workloads and stay calm under pressure
- Proactive with strong judgement - able to anticipate needs and take action with confidence
- Confident building relationships and trust across a range of stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, producing accurate, high-quality work across scheduling, documents, expenses and administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with confidence picking up new systems quickly
- Professional, discreet and comfortable handling sensitive information
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating decks to support senior stakeholders
