The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the school office while providing a warm and professional first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to staff, parents and visitors.
- Maintaining accurate records, systems and databases.
- Managing communications with parents, staff and external agencies.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
- Using a range of IT systems confidently and accurately.
- Ensuring confidentiality, professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
- Supporting safeguarding procedures and promoting pupil welfare.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A friendly, approachable and professional manner.
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous school office experience is desirable but not essential.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

Position: School Office Administrator
Location: Waltham Forest
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
