We’re partnering with a well‑established Private Equity firm to appoint an Executive Assistant into its Investor Relations team.
This is a visible, front‑office position supporting a high‑performing group who sit at the centre of investor relationships and capital activity. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and external investors, ensuring diaries, travel, meetings and roadshows run seamlessly.
It’s ideal for an EA who enjoys pace, takes pride in precision and likes being fully embedded within a commercially focused team.
The role will involve:- Full EA support to the Investor Relations team, including senior stakeholders
- Managing complex, ever‑evolving diaries across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international travel and detailed itineraries
- Supporting investor meetings, events and roadshows
- Acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external investors
- Ensuring materials, logistics and priorities are managed efficiently
- A high‑performing but genuinely down‑to‑earth team
- A culture where EAs are trusted, visible and treated as partners
- Real exposure to senior leadership and the commercial side of the business You’ll likely have:
- EA experience within investment, private equity or financial services
- Confidence supporting multiple senior stakeholders
- Strong diary management and international travel coordination
- A calm, organised and proactive approach
- Sound judgement in fast‑moving environments
