  • Coordinate scholarship nomination, ranking and selection processes.
  • Ensure scholarships are promoted clearly and effectively, including ensuring relevant webpages and communications remain accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain accurate scholarship records and ensure information is recorded securely and consistently across relevant Imperial systems.
  • Provide clear and accurate advice to students, applicants and Imperial colleagues on scholarship eligibility, regulations and processes.
  • Build effective relationships with colleagues across Imperial
  • Support reporting and financial administration relating to scholarships within your portfolio.
  • Review administrative processes and contribute ideas to improve the student experience of our scholarship process.
  • Contribute to wider MORA and University activities where required.
What we are looking for

  • Ability to both work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and administrative proficiency.
  • A true passion for working with students and the desire to break down barriers in accessing an Imperial education.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
What we can offer you
  • The opportunity to be a key part of a growing and ambitious scholarships team.
  • Support and work alongside world leading academics
  • The opportunity to continue your career at a world-leading institution and be part of our mission to use science for humanity.
  • Access to a range of workplace benefits including a flexible working policy from day one, generous family leave packages, on-site leisure facilities and cycle-to-work scheme.
