Part-time Receptionist

We are working with a leading global healthcare organisation that require an experienced receptionist to support their Harley Street dermatology clinic. The clinic is open six days a week and they are looking for someone to work every Friday, Saturday and Monday. The successful candidate will work every Saturday, 9.00am – 5.00pm, and Friday and Monday hours are rotated, with the earliest start being 7.30am and latest finish 8.00pm.

In this initially a 3-4 six-month contract you’ll be responsible for:

• Welcoming patients on arrival
• Booking appointments and managing the diary
• Scanning and uploading documents on the central patient database
• Responding to emails and queries
• Assisting patients with any appointments that need to be rescheduled
• Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously, have strong administrative and MS Office skills together with exceptional customer liaison skills.

This 3-4 month contract position will start quickly (subject to pre-employment compliance checks) and offers an hourly rate of £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay of £2.04 per hour if working via PAYE. There is the option to work via an Umbrella Company (inside IR35) if preferred.
