Boutique London law firm are looking for an operations assistant / assistant office manager to assist the practice manager with a variety of administration and operations duties. You must be available to start ASAP, ideally this week.
Duties will include: basic HR and recruitment, liaising with the IT provider, renewing insurance policies, monitoring the careers inbox, basic IT including resetting the IT profiles for leavers, and general office administration.
It is essential that you have a legal background as an administrator / operations assistant / office assistant and have a good understanding of legal / law firm terminology. Salary is negotiable depending on experience, but you must be able to start immediately.
