A Part Time Temporary Membership Administrator position is available in Camden, London, paying up to £25.62 per hour. This interim contract spans three months, requiring attendance on Mondays and Wednesdays, with flexible hours between 9 am and 5.30 pm. You will join a respected organisation’s Membership Services Team, processing applications received by phone and online against established regulations. Duties include corresponding with members regarding their status and liaising with colleagues to resolve queries.

We are currently looking to recruit a Part Time Temporary Membership Administrator to join a well-respected membership organisation to support their Membership Services Team. This attractive interim role will offer a hybrid working model, pay an attractive hourly rate, and will provide an opportunity for a keen, positive candidate to expand their existing administration exposure.

  • To process applications for membership, telephone and online, in accordance with the client''s Rules and Regulations.
  • To correspond with members concerning their membership status.
  • To liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues in the department.
  • To undertake such other duties as the General Secretary and Head of Department may reasonably require.
  • Experience in using Microsoft® applications to a level that ensures the effective fulfillment of the role.
  • Experience in accurately inputting and extracting data from a database.
  • Ability to work on own initiative within the parameters of the role.
