Strategic Partnerships Buyers Admin Assistant

Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Buyers Admin Assistant to support the Womenswear Strategic Partnerships Product team with the day-to-day running of the department.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys administration, organisation and problem solving, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support the wider team. You will play a key role in ensuring product information, orders and departmental processes are managed accurately and efficiently within a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Strategic Partnerships Product team
  • Raise and manage purchase orders and maintain accurate product information
  • Maintain internal systems, trackers and departmental documents
  • Coordinate samples and support product selection meetings
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and support smooth ways of working
  • Support the wider team to ensure key deadlines are met
Skills & Experience
  • Previous administration experience preferred
  • Experience with in fashion or wholesale environments preferred but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
