Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Salary: up to £30,000 per annum Our client, a well-established property investment company with an extensive commercial and residential portfolio, is seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join their Commercial Property Management team on a contract basis with an immediate start. This is a fast-paced role supporting Property Managers with administration, utilities management, contractor coordination, finance processes and tenant liaison across a diverse property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Commercial Property Management team. Act as a key point of contact for tenants, contractors and suppliers. Manage utility accounts including set-ups, transfers, closures and billing queries. Liaise with utility providers to resolve account discrepancies and service issues. Raise maintenance tickets and coordinate repairs with contractors. Monitor job progress and ensure works are completed efficiently.
Create and manage purchase orders and process invoices. Support Health & Safety compliance activities, audits and remedial action tracking. Maintain accurate records, trackers and department documentation. Assist with general tenant enquiries relating to repairs, utilities and property matters. Candidate Requirements Previous administration experience within property Experience processing invoices and purchase orders Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Desirable Previous experience within commercial property management. Experience liaising with utility suppliers and managing utility accounts. Exposure to property management or finance systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Property Administrator who is available immediately and looking to join a busy, professional property team on a contract basis.
