A successful and growing boutique wealth management firm is looking for a Junior Office Manager & PA to join its friendly and collaborative London team. This is a hands‑on role for someone with around 2–4 years’ experience who is ready to take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of an office, while providing administrative and PA support to the COO.
We are primarily looking for the right personality and attitude: someone who is approachable, polished and proactive, with a genuine can‑do attitude and the confidence to manage upwards. You’ll be someone who spots what needs doing, gets on with it and enjoys being at the heart of a busy business.
The Role Office Management & Facilities- Take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the London office.
- Manage suppliers, facilities, equipment and building management.
- Oversee the Receptionist and provide regular reception cover, including holiday and sickness cover.
- Ensure the office is professional, welcoming and well organised.
- Manage Health & Safety, office supplies, invoices and expenses.
- Coordinate internal events, meetings and team activities.
- Help improve office processes and ways of working.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of an upcoming office relocation.
- Provide administrative and PA support to the COO.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate minutes, ensuring actions are followed up.
- Support regular leadership and operational meetings.
- Manage expenses and routine administration.
- Assist with team administration, including holiday and absence tracking.
- Liaise confidently with senior colleagues, clients and external contacts.
- Around 2–4 years’ experience in office management, office coordination, team assistance or PA work.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable and naturally proactive.
- Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders, clients and suppliers.
- Polished and professional, with the ability to interact confidently with high-net-worth individuals.
- Discreet, dependable and able to manage upwards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
Experience in financial services, wealth management or professional services is helpful but not essential.
Experience with facilities, serviced offices or office relocations.
