20 hours per week Salary: £35,000-£40,000 full-time equivalent We are looking for a personable Receptionist to join a highly regarded business operating within the arts, culture, and luxury collectibles sector. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and discreet front-of-house experience that reflects the prestige of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner, both in person and over the phone. Manage incoming calls, directing enquiries efficiently and taking accurate messages when required. Respond to general email and front desk enquiries promptly and professionally. Welcome visitors and offer refreshments, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Coordinate deliveries and courier collections, handling valuable items with care and attention.

Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and preparing meeting rooms. Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed at all times. Manage service appointment bookings and scheduling requirements. Process payments for shop sales and assist with the coordination of internal and external events. Organise meeting room and viewing bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared and ready for use. About You The ideal candidate will have previous front-of-house or reception experience within a luxury environment, such as hospitality, private members' clubs, boutique hotels, auction houses, art galleries, or luxury retail.
