We are recruiting a Marketing Administrator to support our marketing, events and communications. A central responsibility will be coordinating our annual Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 submissions and presenting accurate, high-quality information about Chambers and its members.

Person Specification- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confident and accurate proofreading
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage several priorities and contributors
- Excellent attention to detail and a consistently high standard of accuracy
- A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential or commercially sensitive information
Coordinate Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 submissions: gather/check contributions, manage deadlines and chase information. Support seminars, conferences and client events, including invitations, RSVPs and logistics. Maintain website/social-media news, articles, events and barrister profiles. Create on-brand graphics in Canva, InDesign or similar. Maintain client/marketing records, schedules and reports. Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and Chambers colleagues.

Professional Qualifications- Good Microsoft 365 skills particularly Excel.
- Previous clerking or administrative experience in a professional or client-focused office environment
- Events, digital-content or legal-sector experience would be advantageous
