The Role Administration Officer will support the Programme Manager across a broad range of operational, financial and administrative activities. This is a varied role suited to an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working across multiple priorities and supporting a busy team. Main Duties Manage the day-to-day administration of the organisation Support the Programme Manager with operational activities and project coordination Maintain financial records, accounts and spreadsheets Assist with fund administration and reporting requirements Coordinate internal and external communications Organise meetings, diaries and stakeholder engagement activities Support project monitoring and administration Assist with fundraising and grant administration activities Maintain accurate records and filing systems Provide general administrative support across the organisation The Successful Candidate Previous experience within an administrative, office support or coordinator role Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience maintaining spreadsheets and supporting financial administration Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel Able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working independently An interest in environmental, charitable or community-focused organisations would be advantageous What's on Offer?
